Queen II Deluxe Box Set

Received parcel today containing the lp/cd version of the Queen II deluxe box set. Excellent packaging as always with the item being in perfect condition. First & foremost, to be able to actually find such a rare treasure is the upmost skill in itself. My vinyl was taking care of like a precious diamond. Was sold as used, but was much more mint than anything,the vinyl, the sleeve it all looked practically brand new. Not to forget to mention, the very friendly gentleman that served me had top shelf customer service skills. Great customer service permits returning great customers. All in all,I will repeat without a second thought on my next shop for a vinyl. Grade A+++ for all things vinyl. Thanks a bunch Discrepancy Records

Having just been in Rome and observed the concert location at Circus Maximus, this was a great package to receive and experience upon our return. Great band. Great performances. Sensational film direction from Gavin Elder. Surprise around the piano treatment of ‘a boat lies waiting’ and ‘great gig in the sky’. Class. ‘Between 2 points’ was sublime. Too many highlights. Respect for the consumer with this product. Received in a timely and well packaged manner. Another Gilmour project with both new and old and reimagined dimensions. Thankyou Discrepancy Records.

I have been buying records from Discrepancy for nearly 10 years. They have never let me down. Communication is top level and when I have needed a special order the staff have been amazing. A plea to the management, give your dispatch staff a pay rise, they are the best packers of records ever.

LAMB LIES DOWN ON BROADWAY SUPER DELUXE EDITION...

In 1974 Genesis released the double album The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway. It was a huge follow-up to what I consider its seminal album, Selling England By The Pound. The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway was lead singer Peter Gabriel's creation. It tells the story of Rael who gets consumed in New York by a strange dust or cloud and goes underground to meet with all sorts of creatures and strange adventures ending up in the rapids where he meets up with his brother? John. It is a complex story indeed. Now recently released we have the Super Deluxe Edition and it is well worth the money. Set for original release at the beginning of the year, it was held up and finally released to the world a few weeks ago. I must complement Discrepancy Records on their brilliant communication. This company are second to none. So back to the box set. Not only does it contain the original album on two remastered CDs, it also contains a Dolby Atmos mix which is stunning in sound. And what is another bonus is the live rendition of the album Live at The Shrine Auditorium from January 24, 1975. This live rendition is worth the price of admission alone. It proves how well Genesis as a whole handled this complex story on stage. I have played and played this set. Other extras include an informative 60-page book with excellent photos of Gabriel and the band, a copy of the original programme and a ticket to the Balcony of the Shrine Show. True Genesis fans will love this set.
