Discrepancy VIP Loyalty Program
The Discrepancy VIP Loyalty Program has the following benefits:

- Lower prices on a selected range of hundreds of instock titles, accesories and selected pre-orders
- Exclusive discounts on our twice yearly sales; EOFY and Boxing Day
EXISTING CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: your spend in current and last calendar quarters has been updated as well as your VIP status
To become a member of Discrepancy VIP you just need to spend $300 or more in any calendar quarter (gift vouchers and shipping do not count towards your spend, see Ts/Cs below)
Once your spend exceeds $300 or more you will then be eligible for membership in the remainder of that calendar quarter and in the following main calendar quarter (*).
So for example, if you spent more than $300 between 1st January 2026 and 6th February 2026 you will become a Discrepancy VIP on Monday 9th February 2026 and remain until 30th June 2026 (regardless of how much you spend in this period). If you then spend $300 more between 1st April 2026 and 30th June 2026 you continue in the Discrepancy VIP Loyalty Program in the quarter 1st July 2026 to 30th September 2026.
(*) The calculation of your spend is carried out every Monday on orders placed up until midnight on the Sunday before, and if this meets the criteria set out above you will be enrolled in the program on that Monday.
You will be able to track your spend within you account - in the Loyalty area you can view your spend in the current and previous calendar quarter. Once you meet the criteria you will see your status change to "Discrepancy VIP".
If you are a Discrepancy VIP but do not spend more than $300 in the "following main calendar quarter" you will lose membership in the calendar quarter following that. So for example, in the above scenario, you are a Discrepancy VIP from Monday 9th February 2026 through until 30th June 2026. If during the calendar quarter 1st April 2026 to 30th June 2026 your spend is less than $300 you will fall out of the VIP program on Wednesday 1st July 2026.
No one who is currently a Discrepancy VIP will change status until after 30th June 2026.
If you placed and paid for $300 or more "qualifying orders" (see below for definition) between 1st January 2025 and 31st January 2026, and those orders are inline with the Terms and Conditions, you are automatically a Discrepancy VIP for the remainder of the current calendar quarter as well as the next calendar quarter, so you will remain as Discrepancy VIP from now until 30th June 2026. "Existing VIPs" will be sent an email to confirm your status.
Ts/Cs - in addition to the above.
- you must be Australian Resident and all orders must be dispatched to your home, work or local collection address
- the Loyalty Program applies only to orders placed on the Discrepancy Records website
- purchase of Gift e-cards do not count towards your Loyalty Spend. The use of a Gift e-card by the recipient counts towards their Loyalty spend
- shipping charges do not count towards your Loyalty Spend
- you must have a single Discrepancy Records account which you sign into with your email address and place all orders through this account, by signing into it during the checkout process. We can not combine orders across accounts which have different email addresses and orders placed using "guest" checkout will not count towards your Loyalty Spend. If since the 1st January 2025 you have had to change your email address and have multiple accounts as a result please contact us
- an order is a "qualifying order" when it is placed and fully paid for. The sum of "qualifying orders" will then count towards your Loyalty Spend in the current quarter that those orders are placed in
- cancelled items will be deducted from the total spend on the date the item is cancelled from an order (subject to processing)
- returned items will be deducted from the total spend on the date the item is received (subject to processing)
- we reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions of this program and also to withdraw it at any point
